| Otley Action for Older People is a member of the Leeds Neighbourhood Network Schemes, a
unique network of voluntary sector organisations working partnership with statutory services and
within defined communities to identify and address local priorities and support independence for
older people. Similar to other members of the Neighbourhood Network Schemes we work with Leeds Social Services, the Primary Care Trust and other organisations, to provide a diverse range of preventative health and social services that address local needs and contribute to national priorities.
